GBX Smoothies (add all ingredients to blender – blend – enjoy!)
- Feel free to experiment with your own recipes!
- Use 2 scoops of GBX SeedFiber and/or GBX Protein – according to taste preferences.
- Time saving tip = add all the ingredients in each recipe (except milk/liquids) to a freezer safe ziploc bag – and freeze – to make a ready to blend smoothie pack.
Kombucha Berry Cooler
- 1 C Frozen Cherries
- ½ C Berry Kombucha (or probiotic liquid of choice)
