The opportunity

Good science is only the beginning.

Promising discoveries don’t become successful innovations on their own. They need a clear view of the evidence, practical research strategy, realistic product development, and a compelling commercial application.

Dr. Shawn Talbott brings together nutritional biochemistry, human clinical research, and hands-on entrepreneurial experience to help organizations navigate that journey—from early-stage scientific promise to market-ready opportunities.

Science tells us what’s possible. Innovation determines what we do with it.

A practical difference

From the laboratory to the marketplace.

Scientific rigor and commercialization experience are too often treated as separate disciplines. The best innovation needs both.

An advisor should be able to challenge the assumptions behind a scientific claim—and understand what those findings mean for the next investment, study, product, or strategic decision.

Scientific leadership meets business perspective

Credible science. Clear decisions.

The right question isn’t just whether the science is interesting. It’s whether it creates a defensible opportunity—and what to do next.

Scientific innovation calls for a practical combination of intellectual curiosity, rigorous evaluation, and sound business judgment.
