Join our study on Black Cumin Seed Oil

Dr. Shawn Talbott (Ph.D., CNS, LDN, FACSM, FACN, FAIS) has gone from triathlon struggler to gut-brain guru! With a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry, he's on a mission to boost everyday human performance through the power of natural solutions and the gut-brain axis.

Black cumin seed oil – also known as black seed oil (BSO) – is an ancient remedy in traditional medicine – especially in the Middle East where it is used almost as a “cure-all” for a variety of ailments related to inflammation, immune support, blood sugar, and aging.

Our research proposal has just been approved to begin recruiting volunteers to participate in an 8-week trial of supplementation with BSO on measures of stress, mood, sleep, and beauty.

Participants will take a BSO supplement (or placebo) for 8 weeks and complete 4 assessments of salivary cortisol/DHEA and surveys of mood/stress/sleep/beauty.

There is no cost to participate and you will receive a report with your measurements at the completion of the study.

If you are interested in participating, please email me at DrShawn@DocTalbott.com and we will share the Informed Consent Form (ICF) with you so you can decide if participation is right for you?
